Together with PONT, the VNG organises the course ‘Ontwerpende Aanpak bij Complexe Maatschappelijke Opgaven‘. In this course, municipal professionals learn how a design-driven approach can contribute to societal challenges — whether in the social or physical domain, or across other policy areas.

You will explore why traditional ways of working often fall short when addressing complex issues, and how a design-driven, learning-oriented approach can open up new perspectives, creating more room for collaboration across departments, levels of government, organisations and residents.
