Creative leadership is not about directing, but about creating space. In this design session, you will learn how to view your leadership through a designer’s lens. You will experience how aesthetics and meaning in work (Venustas) fuel motivation and innovation. By exploring together what constitutes “beautiful” and “ugly” work, you will gain personal insight into how, as a leader, you can create space for creativity and innovation.
