Do you have ideas, concepts, issues and essays that can contribute to a more sustainable and social Europe? Then New European Bauhaus is looking for you!

New European Bauhaus, an initiative of the European Commission, calls on the creative industry to build a green and social Europe together. A Europe built on sustainability and good design. The initiative is a kick-off for a creative and interdisciplinary movement that develops both aesthetic and functional standards – responding to state-of-the-art technology, the environment and the climate.

Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, explains: “If we manage to combine sustainability with good design, the European Green Deal will gain momentum – also beyond our borders. It should stimulate the debate on new building methods and design forms. It should experiment and give practical answers to the social question of what modern life in harmony with nature can look like for Europeans. It will help make our 21st century more beautiful and more humane.”
